What symptoms or blockages are you experiencing?...

Are you feeling anxious or depressed?

Are you using substances or food to keep you from your ultimate relationship or calling?...

Have you just experienced a deep loss of a loved one, or work, or have you been displaced somehow?...

Or do you just sense there is "something" if you could only uncover it?...

Psychotherapy

therapy1In my psychotherapy practice, I provide a strength-based approach using Jungian archetypal symbols to guide the sessions.

The wonderment comes most often when clients are able to release repressed feelings, trauma, addictive/habitual patterns, and relationship triggers that do not serve them anymore.

Let yourself be assisted in restoring deep, focused listening skills that access your own wonder, your life's purpose, and your soul's calling.

We can find these callings by recovering lost self-care, uncovering past or present grief, and releasing abuse or trauma. Breakthroughs of this kind can come through talk therapy as well as through the use of such expressive arts as poetry, singing, acting, and movement.

Renew and Re-inspire Your Life's Journey

By listening, rebuilding, and reclaiming untapped resources and strengths, you can come away renewed and re-inspired in your life's journey. Change can and will occur as you take the steps.

I am happy to bring many tools to our sessions that not only draw from my MA in Psychotherapy, but also from my experience in teaching, my BA in Voice, Theater and Dance, and my independent certification in Voice-Movement Therapy.

Drawing Out Your Strengths, Resources & Talents

We will tap into your particular developmental stage and strengths, and also pay close attention to the Jungian symbols that reoccur for you in order to draw out your strengths, resources, and talents.

therapy2My study of Jungian-based symbols is ongoing. To add to my understanding of how these symbols inform our lives, I also draw from the lessons I learned in my own near-death experience, my experience in shamanism, and my lineage, which is based on Native American and Irish-Celtic traditions.
