I provide a variety of sound healing workshops through Sound Moves of Wonder. Each begins with similar components that change according to the location, length of time available, and needs of your organization or community.
Workshop Examples Include:
- Sound-Moves as Medicine
This 3-day workshop offers an in-depth exploration of voice, ecstatic dance, and healing musical instruments. It follows the structure of the seven chakra energy centers and Maslow’s Pyramid of Human Needs. Components include movement, discussion, sounding and journaling.
- Sound as Medicine
This two-day workshop offers an in-depth exploration of the voice and its ability to unleash your inner power. Components include speaking, singing, sounding, and toning. - Sound Moves~Sound Prayer
This 1/2-day workshop which includes both live and recorded music, incorporates deep intentional prayer into a framework that enables participants to access their own body-voice/dance-wave healing for themselves and for the planet.
